本案将一楼空间进行重组,楼梯位置改变,使空间视觉效果更加通透,原始一楼卫生间门与入户门相对,通过将卫生间功能区域打散重新排布,增加玄关造景,增加整体美观度。将一楼儿童娱乐区域改为餐厅,与客厅打通,一楼整体作为公区/保姆间,客厅放大近一倍,既保证了主人生活的隐私性,也使得整体设计更加通透大。二楼楼梯移位后,二楼客卧得以放大,由于业主是夫妻二人带孩子居住,设计将二楼次卧部分区域纳入主卧衣帽间区域,同时取消了主卧卫生间,更符合业主生活习惯。
